I’m looking for a parallel or serial port based good EPROM programmer,
(such as a used Data/IO, or Xilinx, etc.) anywhere in the $200-$600 range.

hi, i dont know much about electronics, but im trying to build some
sort of audio surveillance device… either a miniature tape recorder,
or a bug that transmits audio to a recording device.  I’m trying to
build one, cause they cost like 200 dollars and you have to order them
through european companies…
